Payment Policy
We offer secure payment through Studio Director.
A 3% surcharge will be added to all credit and debit card transactions. This small fee helps us cover rising processing costs while continuing to provide the best experience for our dancers.
To avoid the surcharge, we recommend making payments by ACH, cash or check.
Cancellation Policy
Should you decide to end your child's participation in the PLHH program and discontinue this transaction, please submit notice by e-mail to info@peacelovehiphop.com. No other communication channels, including verbal communication, social media, or sms texting, are a valid form of requesting cancellation. Such notice must be received 15 days prior to the date of the next transaction or payment due date. If notice is given less than 15 days prior to the date of the next transaction, you will be billed for the entire cost of the next monthly payment.
***Payments are automatically processed on the 1st of every month during our regular season (September - May).
